BIANCA DOENICKE

Head of Continuous Improvement Systems & Sustainability at Haworth, Germany

Bianca Doenicke is a sustainability, organisational development and project management professional with 14+ years of experience in the workspace design, energy and consulting business. She works as Head of International Continuous Improvement Systems & Sustainability at Haworth, one of the world’s largest office furniture manufacturer and knowledge partner for inspiring work environments. She is a volunteer with Managers without Borders. Bianca enjoys implementing change with people from various functional and cultural backgrounds to drive business opportunities, a circular economy and socially, environmentally, economically sustainable development.


MAHMOUD NOOR

Board Chair Swahilipot Hub, Member KE Blockchain AI Taskforce

Mahmoud Noor, popularly known as Mentor 001 is an Engineer, Telecommunication professional and a renowned information and technology expert. He has over 15 years’ experience in telecommunication industry. He is currently the Founder and Board Chair at Swahilipot Hub, a technology and arts Centre that provides a safe space for talented youths to develop their arts and technology skills. Mahmoud seats on various key boards in Kenya such as the Kenya Blockchain & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Taskforce, Kenya Red Cross Society and more. He consults for Seacom and major telecommunication companies doing business in Africa and Europe. He is one of the most influential community leaders in Mombasa.


OSMAN VARWANI

Managing Director, Innovus Group.

Founder & Managing Director of the Innovus Group, Osman Varwani is a proven business and technology leader with over twenty years of industry-gained experience. He is a networked tech expert with strategic insight, a mentor, an influencer and a thought leader. One of the strategic thrusts of the Innovus Group is to foster creative thinking and innovation through collaboration with innovation hubs to identify and promote local skills and talent and to accelerate the growth of business startups for socio-economic and environmental impact. Osman also serves the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology under TVET as the Council Chairman of the Kenya Coast National Polytechnic and continues to serve on various other local, regional and international boards and committees.


JOEL KARUBIU,

CEO Kenya Network Information Center.

Joel Karubiu is currently the CEO of Kenya Network Information Center. He was the immediate former CEO of Marketing Society of Kenya. He previously served as a Division Head – Business Development with Arch Skills Kenya LTD, and for over six years as the Business development Manager at PWC in Tanzania and Kenya.''
